Is it safe to use my credit card? Absolutely. All of our credit card transactions are processed on Paypal's ultra-secure server.  Paypal is in compliance with all of the industry's strictest standards for credid card security.  No credit card info is entered or stored on our site.  *Note that our old site, which was hosted by another shopping cart, had been breached.  The hosting company was unresponsive to resolving it, so I dumped them in December 2008, and rebuilt my site on Shopsite, with all payments directed to Paypal.

Sales Tax? Sales tax will only apply to residents of the US State in which we are registered (Colorado) but not to any other US state. 

International Orders?  Sorry, but we are only accepting US orders at this time.

How much will my shipping charges be? During the order process, you will be given a list of different shipping methods from which you can pick the one that suits you. The total cost of goods and the cost of shipping as well as sales taxes if applicable are clearly displayed.

What if I need to return my order? You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 15 days of receiving. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. After a return has been received, it may take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If you had paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.

What is your policy on Privacy? We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.  Big Brother knows too much about you already.

How do I track my order?  If you had selected any of the US Mail options, there is no way to track it (that's why it's cheaper).  Luckily, they almost NEVER lose an order.
